Airtrot provides personalized travel planning and booking services. By purchasing our Concierge Service, you agree to the following terms:
Service Scope & Fee Application
The $150 Concierge Fee includes:
- Custom travel research and itinerary design
- Sourcing flights, accommodations, and experiences
- Revisions based on your preferences
- Booking coordination and support
The $150 fee is applied as a credit toward the total cost of a confirmed booking made through Airtrot.
Service Initiation
- The Concierge Service is considered initiated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Service activity may include research, supplier sourcing, and itinerary development.
Delivery of Service
- Service is considered fulfilled upon delivery of initial travel options, recommendations, or a customized itinerary via email or the agreed communication channel.
- Initial delivery is typically completed within 24–72 hours of payment, depending on request complexity.
Use of Concierge Credit
- The $150 fee will be credited toward your booking total when you confirm and complete a booking through Airtrot.
- The credit is non-transferable and has no cash value outside of a booking.
- The credit must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any unused credit after this period will expire and is non-refundable.
- Extensions may be granted at Airtrot’s sole discretion.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your concierge request at any time.
- Once service has been initiated, the $150 fee is non-refundable, but remains available as a credit toward a future booking within a 12-month validity period.
Limited Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if:
- A cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours of payment, and no service activity has been initiated, as determined by Airtrot.
OR
- Airtrot is unable to provide any viable travel options based on your stated requirements.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@airtrottravels.com.
Third-Party Travel Services
All travel bookings (including flights, accommodations, and experiences) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers. Airtrot is not responsible for:
- Supplier cancellations, delays, or changes
- Refund timelines or policies of third-party providers
- Travel disruptions outside of our control
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Concierge Fee represents payment for services rendered and a booking credit. Initiating a chargeback after service has been initiated and/or delivered may be considered a violation of these terms.
